Responsibilities
Are you looking to launch your career in corporate banking and work with some of the UK's largest and most influential companies?
We are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Trainee to join our Corporate Coverage team in London. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to relationship management, financial analysis, client strategy and financing solutions while working alongside experienced banking professionals.
In this role, you'll support the management of relationships with major corporate clients, help prepare client presentations and market analysis, contribute to financing transactions, and develop a broad understanding of how a global bank supports businesses across different industries.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting Relationship Managers with key client relationships.
- Researching companies, industries and market trends.
- Analysing financial and business information.
- Assisting with client presentations and business proposals.
- Helping coordinate financing and banking transactions.
- Working with colleagues across multiple business areas and international locations.

Profile required
What we're looking for
- A degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Curiosity, initiative and a genuine interest in financial markets and corporate banking.
