Are you a graduate or early career professional eager to launch your career in banking and finance? Société Générale’s Corporate Credit team is looking for a motivated Trainee Credit Analyst to join us and grow with one of the world’s leading financial institutions.
About Us
At Société Générale, our Corporate Credit team plays a vital role in supporting corporate clients across the UK, Ireland, and Nordic countries. We assess credit risk, help structure lending solutions, and ensure sound financial decisions that drive business success. As part of our team, you’ll gain hands-on experience in credit risk management and develop skills that will set you up for a rewarding career.
What You’ll Do
- Learn to prepare credit applications and analyse company financials and market dynamics.
- Monitor and support a portfolio of corporate clients, helping manage credit exposures.
- Work closely with bankers, risk managers, and legal teams to facilitate credit approvals.
- Assist in reviewing and updating credit ratings and reports.
- Participate in credit reviews and contribute to key projects within the team.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Develop your expertise through training and real-world experience.

Required Profile
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate or early career professional with strong numeracy and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Enthusiastic team player who is eager to learn and adapt.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Basic understanding or strong interest in banking products and credit analysis.
- Proactive, organised, and committed to acting with integrity and professionalism.
