About The Role
We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our 8-month Trainee Driver Programme. You'll receive full training and support while learning to deliver products safely and professionally across the region.
Working alongside experienced Transport Supervisors and Mentors, you'll gain the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to become a qualified professional driver.

Upon successful completion of the programme, you'll achieve your Category C licence and CPC qualification and have the opportunity to continue your career with Breedon.
Salary: £31,700 during training, rising to £35,800 on successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver products safely and professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Complete daily vehicle safety checks.
- Load, scan and deliver products accurately.
- Follow routes, schedules and company procedures.
- Use PPE and adhere to all health and safety requirements.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude when representing Breedon.

Entry Requirements
Applicants Must
- Hold a valid UK Category B driving licence.
- Have a minimum of 12 months UK driving experience.
