TEG are looking for exceptional individuals who have recently completed their A-Levels and are ready to begin an accelerated career within a growing technology and fintech SaaS company.

About the Program
Our Early Careers Program has been designed to develop the next generation of business professionals. This structured three-year development program provides an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple business functions, earn recognised professional qualifications and build the knowledge, skills and confidence needed for a successful career within TEG.
Your journey begins in our Chippenham office, where you will develop a strong understanding of our business, our customers and our products before progressing into your chosen specialist career.
Throughout the program, you will rotate through the following business areas:
- Customer Support
- Onboarding
- Risk
- Quality Assurance (QA)
- Business Development (New Business Sales)
- Marketing and Account Management
This structured pathway provides broad business exposure while allowing you to discover where your strengths and interests lie before moving into a permanent role.

To be considered, applicants should have:
- Minimum of 3 A-Levels with grades ABB or above.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
