The Role
Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you’ll be fully trained to work as part of our friendly and dedicated team fabricating all the components of a wide range of bespoke industrial doors such as roller shutters, high speed doors, folding shutters, and garage doors.
Our Requirements
- A genuine interest in developing a career as a Fabricator / Welder.
- Desire to learn and develop the ability to use workshop tools; Guillotine / Mig Welder / Band Saw / Pillar Drill / Brake Press.
- Ability to learn to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Flexible attitude, with good organisation and prioritisation skills.

The Package
- A trainee starting salary in the region of £26,000 to £28,000 with the level dependent on experience and qualifications. For those already experienced as a Fabricator / Welder the salary is negotiable.
- Overtime is available from time to time which is paid.
- Contributory pension scheme.
- 31 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays.
- Permanent contract with full-time hours, working Monday to Friday between 7:30am to 4:00pm, with flexibility required to meet business and client needs.

- Free parking.
