We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Trainee Field Service Technician to join our UK team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, solving problems and working directly with customers.
We're looking for people with the right attitude, a willingness to learn and a passion for delivering great customer service. Through structured training and support from experienced technicians, you'll develop the skills needed to build a successful career in field service.

What you'll be doing:
- Assisting with the installation, servicing and maintenance of drinking water systems
- Learning fault-finding and repair techniques
- Travelling to customer sites across your region
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Maintaining tools, equipment and service records
- Completing a structured technical development programme
What you'll need:
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A practical mindset and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
