🚀 Trainee Financial Adviser
Rayleigh, Essex | £35,000 + | Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm | Office-based

SP Financial Management Ltd is a firm of Independent Financial Advisers, and we're looking for an ambitious, motivated person who wants to build a long-term career in Financial Advice.
Whether you're starting your career in financial services, already have experience, or are part-qualified and working towards your Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Advice, we'd love to hear from you.
You'll work directly alongside our experienced Financial Advisers, learning how the advice process works from the ground up.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Attend real client meetings alongside our Advisers.
- Analyse client circumstances and financial information.
- Carry out research across investments, pensions, protection and financial planning.
- Assist with suitability reports and client recommendations.
- Support Advisers throughout the advice process.
- Develop your technical knowledge and understanding of financial planning.
- Learn from experienced professionals every day.
- Take on more responsibility as your knowledge and qualifications develop.

For the right candidate, we will:
- Pay for your relevant professional exams and qualifications.
- Provide dedicated study time.
- Support you through your Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Advice.
- Give you hands-on experience working alongside experienced Advisers.
- Provide ongoing training, mentoring and development.
We're looking for someone who wants to learn, qualify and progress — with the potential to develop into a Financial Adviser within the business.
👤 Who are we looking for?
You don't necessarily need to be fully qualified already.
You might be:
- Already working in financial services and looking for your next step.
- Part-qualified and studying towards Level 4.
- Working as a Paraplanner or in another financial services role.
- Starting out and looking for a genuine career opportunity.
- Changing careers and looking for a professional role with long-term progression.

ÂŁ35,000 + per annum depending on experience and qualifications, plus:
