Wealthmax Financial Advisers Ltd
Wealthmax Financial Advisers Ltd is looking for ambitious individuals who want to build a long-term career in UK financial services and develop towards becoming a Financial Adviser.
No previous financial services experience is required.
Our In-House Adviser Academy combines structured training, adviser shadowing, professional qualification support and practical development across:
- Protection
- Mortgages
- Investments
- Pensions
- Wills & Estate Planning
This is a fully office-based programme in our London or Manchester office. There is no work-from-home option.
Your Training Journey
Stage 1 – In-House Adviser Academy
Initial 12-week unpaid training internship
You will:
- Learn how UK financial advice works
- Receive structured product and compliance training
- Shadow experienced financial advisers
- Learn client fact-finding and needs analysis
- Develop communication, sales and relationship-building skills
- Complete adviser role-plays and practical case studies
- Gain exposure to Protection, Mortgages, Investments, Pensions and Estate Planning
Stage 2 – Adviser Development
Successful candidates may progress into a 12-week part-time development role.
You will:
- Work towards relevant professional qualifications
- Receive ongoing adviser mentoring and coaching
- Participate in supervised client interactions
- Develop fact-finding and recommendation skills
- Learn how to build and manage client cases
- Develop business development and client acquisition skills
- Begin building your own professional client relationships

Stage 3 – Full-Time Career Progression
Successful candidates may progress into a full-time role with Wealthmax and continue through our structured adviser development programme.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Develop towards adviser competency
- Manage client relationships
- Build your own client bank
- Receive ongoing compliance and technical support
- Continue professional qualifications
- Develop across different areas of financial planning
- Progress into adviser, senior adviser and future leadership opportunities
The 12-week stages are indicative and may be shortened or extended depending on individual competency, performance, qualification progress and development.

- ✅ Comfortable speaking with new people and clients
- ✅ Sales or customer-service experience desirable
- ✅ Motivated to work towards professional qualifications
- ✅ Able to attend our London or Manchester office — no remote working

As Wealthmax works with clients from a wide range of communities and international backgrounds, multilingual and multicultural communication skills are particularly valuable.
Languages including Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Gujarati, Bengali, Tamil and Arabic are advantageous but not essential.
