About the Role
We’re looking for ambitious, motivated individuals to join our Inzuzo brand as a Wealth Executive, with the opportunity to progress through a structured development programme towards becoming a qualified Financial Adviser within TFAS Wealth.
As a Wealth Executive, you’ll speak with consumers who have made online enquiries seeking financial advice. Through inbound and outbound calls, you’ll get to know each customer, understand their financial planning needs and goals, and connect them with suitable Financial Advisers. This role provides invaluable hands-on experience and forms the foundation of your development into financial advice.
Salary - £25,000 - £28,000 (OTE £34,600 – £46,000)
Working arrangements - Office based with optional 1 working from home day per week post probation
Your Route to Financial Adviser
Subject to performance and progression, you’ll have the opportunity to work towards becoming a qualified Financial Adviser through our structured development programme, typically taking 18–24 months.
We’ll support you with:
- Fully funded Financial Planning qualifications and dedicated study time
- One-to-one mentoring from experienced Financial Advisers
- Structured training and competency support towards Competent Adviser Status (CAS)
- Practical client experience alongside your professional studies
- Clear career progression into a Financial Adviser position within TFAS Wealth

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to consumers
- Receive inbound calls
- Provide solutions in line with consumer objectives
- Maintain workflow effectively
- Update the CRM accurately and consistently
- Adhere to OFCOM standards and TCF
- Provide fair and reasonable outcomes for all consumers and clients
- Ensure all information referred externally is accurate and professionally annotated
- Achieve all KPI benchmarks
Required Skills
- You’ll be a confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers and is motivated by achieving results
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Ability to self-manage and motivate themselves
- Ability to work to deadlines and meet targets
- Passionate about hitting targets and earning bonus
- Previous telephone or face-to-face sales experience within a target-driven environment would be advantageous
- Most importantly, you’ll be ambitious, eager to learn and genuinely interested in developing a long-term career within financial advice
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a target driven environment
- 2 years’ experience within a Sales based role, or, a years’ experience in appointment setting
- Experience working in the financial sector or in a regulated environment

Pay range and compensation package
Wealth Executive: £25,000–£28,000 basic salary, with OTE of £34,600–£46,000.
Upon qualifying and achieving Competent Adviser Status: Financial Adviser starting salary of £40,000, with OTE of £60,000.
You’ll also benefit from annual salary reviews and a performance-based bonus incentive, 24-hour wellbeing support, excellent work-life balance and ongoing professional development.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with a mixture of 09:00–17:30 and 10:00–18:30 shifts and a 4pm finish every Friday.
