About the Role
Fram is working with a growing independent financial planning firm that is looking to engage with a Trainee Financial Planner. The role offers a clear route into financial advice, working closely with an experienced Financial Planner while developing both technical knowledge and client-facing experience.

There is a structured development programme in place, with mentoring and support designed to build the skills and experience needed to progress into a Financial Adviser role.
This may appeal to someone already working within financial planning who has a clear ambition to become an adviser and is looking for a firm that will actively support that progression. Applicants will need to have achieved the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, alongside strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in developing long-term client relationships.
