Join NLPSports as a Trainee Football Coach or Scout

Kick-start your career in the dynamic world of grassroots and academy football. We’re all about inspiring young talent, and now we’re looking for someone with a passion for football and a knack for communication to help us make an impact.

You’ll be part of a team that values growth, teamwork, and creativity while working alongside experienced professionals. This role offers the perfect platform to learn the ropes of football scouting or coaching and support players in developing their skills and securing opportunities.

Are you an enthusiastic, professional, and aspiring Football Coach or Scout? NLP Sports are looking for Football scouts or coaches with moderate experience to join their team to scout or coach players aged between 6 to 16 with a view to earning a permanent role.

Tasks

  • Assist senior staff in recruiting and developing talented football players
  • Support the preparation of games and tournaments.
  • Coordinate logistics for player trials, meetings, and events, including travel arrangements and scheduling.
  • Develop recruitment and coaching styles and maintain effective communication and collaboration with other coaches.
  • Prepare and match players for opportunities for trials at professional clubs

Requirements
