Exciting Opportunities in Central London
We have exciting opportunities in our Central London operation to build a career with one of the most successful independent retail foreign exchange groups. We are dedicated to developing the skills of individuals and helping them to achieve their goals.
Role Overview
The role involves providing first-class customer service to international travelers with the buying and selling of foreign currency. You will be responsible for:
- The buying and selling of foreign currencies
- Money transfers (Western Union)
- Credit card advances
- Tax refunds
- And much more.

Requirements
- Previous Retail or Customer Service Experience is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to negotiate and build a rapport with customers by helping them understand their foreign currency needs
- A flair for sales who can promote our products and services whilst working towards and achieving targets
- Self-motivated with an energetic attitude
- Ability to adhere to procedures
- Ability to work under pressure

Hours
- 37.5 hours per week
- Working 5 out of 7 days between the hours of 8 am to 10 pm
- Must be eligible to work full time in the UK

Salary
- £25,249 a year
