Trainee HGV Class 2 Driver – Open Day 29th August
📍 Waltham Cross
💰 £31,724.16 during training – rising to £43,363 + bonuses once qualified
⏰ 48 hours | 5/7 shift pattern
Want to become a Class 2 Driver but don’t have your licence yet?
Our Trainee Driver Academy (TDA) gives you the training and support you need to get qualified, while you earn a salary along the way.
What will you be doing?
- You’ll be paired with experienced drivers while you learn the job and build your confidence.
- You’ll be involved in multi-drop deliveries, delivering: Fresh fruit and vegetables, Meat and fish and Alcohol. Our customers include restaurants, museums and other hospitality venues.
- It’s a hands-on job, so you’ll need to be comfortable with physical work, multiple deliveries and early starts between 12am and 4am.
- Once you’ve completed your training and passed your assessment, you’ll become a qualified Reynolds Class 2 Driver.

You’ll get the chance to meet the team, find out what the day-to-day role is like, understand the training process and ask any questions you have.
What we're looking for
- ✅ Clean UK driving licence
- ✅ Good work ethic and willingness to learn
- ✅ Comfortable with early starts and physical work
- ✅ Interested in building a career in HGV driving
