Main Purpose of the Job
To be a brand ambassador for SAV Aftersales, providing a first-class service to our customers in relation to commissioning, servicing, and maintaining SAV’s market-leading range of Heat Interface Units (HIUs), mechanical ventilation and heat recovery systems, and metering solutions primarily in London and the southeast of England.

Roles and Responsibilities
- HIU commissioning, servicing, repair, and fault finding.
- Installation, commissioning, ad hoc repair, and servicing of mechanical ventilation and heat recovery systems.
- Smart metering and pay-as-you-go (PAYG) commissioning and ad hoc repairs.
- Communicating professionally and courteously with clients and delivering a first-class service.
- Generating accurate and timely site reports within our CRM system.
- Participating in manufacturer and in-house CPD training to achieve the industry-recognised qualifications required to carry out the role to the highest standards.
- Adhering to Health and Safety regulations and working safely at all times.
The role may include some working away from home for short periods.

Skills and Experience
- Previous plumbing and/or heating experience would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of heat networks and previous experience of HIU commissioning, servicing, repair, and fault finding would be desirable.
- Knowledge of PAYG and smart metering is desirable, but not essential.
- A technical aptitude, with an interest in low carbon technologies.
- Excellent customer service skills are essential.
- Good MS Office skills and experience of inputting and updating information in a CRM database is required.
- Time management and prioritization skills are essential.
- Excellent communication and team working skills.
Education and Qualifications
A plumbing or heating NVQ L2 (or equivalent) would be desirable, but is not essential.
Additional Requirements
- A relevant and valid CSCS card is desirable.
- Full UK driving licence.
