Trainee Human Resources Administrator – No Experience Required

Are you looking to kick-start a new career in Human Resources?

We are recruiting for companies who are looking to employ our Human Resources Traineeship graduates to support their growing HR teams. The best part is you don't need any previous experience, as full training will be provided. You'll also have the reassurance of a Job Guarantee (£25K-£45K) upon completion. We are currently placing over 100 of our graduates into new roles every month.

Whether you're working full-time, part-time, or currently unemployed, this programme offers the flexibility to study at a pace that suits you.

Our traineeship is broken down into 4 easy steps:

Step 1 – Online Training

Complete accredited Human Resources training through our online learning portal. You'll work towards the QnCert in People Practice (Professional) and prepare for the Associate Professional in Human Resources – International (aPHRi) certification.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
