We are looking for enthusiastic, ambitious, self-motivated, and career-minded individuals to join our expanding team across a range of technical disciplines.

This is a perfect position if you’re motivated, enthusiastic, and would love an opportunity to gain fully sponsored, industry-recognised qualifications in a growing global organisation with offices in the UK, Europe, USA, and South America.

This role will be working on a hybrid basis, with time split between home and our Gloucester or Liverpool office 2 days a week.

You will be responsible for:

  • Analysis, interpretation, extraction, and/or manipulation of data
  • Dealing with clients in a professional manner
  • Investigating missing data
  • Searching the internet to verify missing information required and to enhance the current data
  • Creation of and maintenance of data within Clients’ systems
  • Preparation of documents to assist underwriting of risks
  • Compliance with Clients’ quality standards and turnaround times
  • Documenting additional underwriter risk information accurately within Clients’ systems

What are we looking for?

The key to succeeding at Pro is having a conscientious, positive, and enthusiastic approach to work and the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with all colleagues and clients, while ensuring work is completed to the highest possible standard.

  • Knowledge of the insurance industry is useful but not essential
  • Ability to deliver accurate information with attention to detail
  • Microsoft Excel skills would be an advantage
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills in order to meet Client requirements
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent and demonstrable written and verbal communication skills.
