R13 Recruitment are proud to be partnering with a growing, technology-led organisation in their search for an Installations Engineer to join their Norwich-based team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their IT career. Whether you're currently working in 2nd or 3rd Line Support, or maybe balancing support with occasional installation projects, this role offers the chance to transition into a dedicated installations position with training and support provided.

You'll work alongside an experienced team, gaining hands-on exposure to a wide variety of client projects, from workstation deployments through to larger infrastructure rollouts. If you're technically minded, enjoy getting out from behind the desk and are keen to build a career delivering IT solutions on-site, this could offer the right career path.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 39hrs per week, with occasional out-of-hours work (time back in lieu provided). The role is based from the Norwich office with travel to client sites both locally and more infrequently across the UK. Please note that a full UK driving licence is essential, and occasional overnight stays will be required.

The Company

This organisation delivers a comprehensive range of IT solutions to SME clients across the UK. With an excellent reputation for customer service and technical expertise, they support businesses with everything from IT infrastructure and networking to cloud and connectivity solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
