At LawSure, one of the UK's leading legal indemnity insurance brokers, we're looking for a Trainee Legal Insurance Broker to join our growing team in Horsham. What You'll Be Doing
As a Trainee Legal Insurance Broker, you'll work closely with experienced colleagues while developing the technical, commercial and relationship-building skills required to become a trusted adviser. You'll be:
- Supporting brokers with the placement of specialist legal indemnity insurance policies
- Building relationships with clients, insurers and professional advisers
- Preparing quotations, reports and policy documentation
- Using internal and insurer platforms to obtain and compare quotes
- Supporting insurer negotiations and helping secure the best outcomes for clients
- Managing policy administration from enquiry through to completion
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance standards are met
- Developing technical knowledge through structured learning and mentoring

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys learning, building relationships and working in a professional environment. You'll ideally have:
- A-Level education or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good numerical and analytical ability
- Confidence working with Microsoft Office applications
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
- The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
- A genuine interest in developing a career within insurance broking
Experience within insurance, legal services, financial services or another professional services environment would be advantageous but isn't essential.
