Job Title: Trainee Lettings Consultant
Location: Fulham

Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:45am to 6pm
- Fridays: 8:45am to 5:30pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 10am to 2pm
Driving Licence:
Please note, that you must have a full UK Driving Licence.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for the position of Trainee Lettings Consultant will be driven, ambitious, and able to communicate a high level of customer care to their clients. We are looking for candidates who are wanting to create a long-term career, you should be able to work to targets and deadlines.
Full training will be provided through our in-house training academy, and following a successful probationary period, you will have the prospect of earning a competitive salary package.

Duties will include:
- Registering applicants and understanding their rental property requirements
- Booking and conducting property viewings
- Assisting with property listings, including taking photographs and writing property descriptions
- Liaising with prospective tenants and landlords throughout the lettings process
- Matching applicants to suitable rental properties and arranging viewings
- Maintaining regular contact with applicants and landlords, providing updates and feedback
- Supporting the tenancy progression process from offer agreed through to move-in
- Assisting with tenancy administration and ensuring all relevant documentation is completed accurately
- Updating and maintaining the CRM/database
- Always deliver excellent customer service
- Working towards individual and branch targets
- Building strong relationships with applicants, tenants, and landlords
