Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Newquay for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator. The role involves supporting the lettings team with day-to-day activities, including:

The Trainee Lettings Negotiator will assist in matching applicants to suitable properties, preparing tenancy documentation under supervision, and maintaining accurate records on internal systems. The role also includes:
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Answering inquiries
- Providing excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
Training and guidance will be provided to help the post holder develop into a fully competent lettings negotiator within the Countrywide network.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with landlords, tenants, and colleagues.
- Customer service skills and a professional, courteous approach to handling enquiries and resolving issues.
- Basic administrative and organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfort with using computers and property management systems; willingness to learn new tools and processes.
- Motivation to develop a career in residential lettings and property services, with a proactive and learning-focused mindset.
- Ability to work on-site in Newquay, including occasional flexibility in working hours to meet business needs.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle may be beneficial for attending property viewings.
- Previous experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or property-related environments is an advantage but not essential.
