ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established and highly regarded, multi office, London estate agency as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in sales, hospitality, retail or customer service who is looking to build a long-term career within the property industry.
You'll receive structured training, work alongside experienced negotiators and gain recognised industry qualifications, developing the skills needed to become a successful Lettings Negotiator.

THE ROLE
Initially you'll support the Lettings team while learning every aspect of the business, including:
- Booking and coordinating property viewings
- Accompanying negotiators on viewings
- Preparing marketing and canvassing material
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and applicants
- Updating clients throughout the lettings process
- Learning how to negotiate offers and progress deals
- Providing outstanding customer service throughout every interaction

THE PERSON
We're looking for attitude and potential rather than property experience.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality or customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner
- High levels of energy and enthusiasm
- A professional and well-presented approach
- A genuine ambition to build a successful career
- Self-motivation and a proactive mindset
- Honesty, integrity and professionalism
No previous property experience is required - full training will be provided.
PACKAGE
- Basic Salary: £20,000
- OTE: £35,000+
- Training: Full in-house training plus funded Propertymark (ARLA/NAEA) qualifications
- Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm, Saturday 10:00am-4:00pm (rota)
- Location: Central London
