KFH’s Lettings Negotiator Trainee Programme
KFH’s lettings negotiator trainee programme is a 6 month placement where a group of determined and driven individuals will learn everything they need to know about being a KFH lettings negotiator. We are looking for people who are early on in their career - this could be someone who is taking their first step into property, a graduate who wants to learn more about lettings in property, someone who is looking for a career change, perhaps from the travel or hospitality industries. We are also looking for those individuals who truly understand how to deliver service with care and have first rate communication skills.
This is a branch based role with dedicated training from the Talent Development team at KFH House and planned on the job training with branch directors. There is also extra support in the form of mentors across our branch network.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
