Join haart Estate Agents as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator in our busy Harlow branch!

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, ambitious, and people-focused individual who is ready to learn, develop, and build a successful career within the property industry. You don’t need previous property experience — just a strong work ethic, great communication skills, and the drive to succeed.

From day one, you will receive industry-leading training, ongoing coaching, and the support of an experienced team as you learn everything from matching tenants with their ideal homes to conducting viewings, building relationships, and helping to grow the success of the branch. With uncapped earning potential and clear opportunities to progress, your career in property could start right here.

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Harlow, you will receive:

  • £28,000 OTE per year
  • Uncapped commission
  • Elite bonus scheme
  • Full-time working hours: 8:30 am to 6 pm four weekdays per week, and 9 am to 5 pm every Saturday

Your journey as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

  • Purpose-built training location
  • Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
  • Day-to-day learning led by our industry experts
  • Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester*
  • Breakfast, lunch, and an evening meal provided during your stay*

How you will make an impact as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Harlow:

  • Market properties to potential tenants
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Agree new tenancies
  • Generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
  • Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
