Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Trainee Lettings Negotiator role based in Central London.
The Trainee Lettings Negotiator will support the marketing and letting of a portfolio of residential properties, working closely with landlords, tenants, and applicants throughout the lettings process. The role will involve registering applicants, managing enquiries, arranging and conducting property viewings, gathering feedback, and progressing applicant interest.
The Trainee will also assist with offers and negotiations as well as supporting the referencing and wider lettings process. Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants will be an important part of the role, alongside delivering an exceptional level of customer service.

Successful candidates will work closely with senior negotiators and colleagues in a fast-paced, target-driven estate agency environment, contributing towards individual and team targets. Training and guidance will be provided to help the Trainee develop their knowledge, confidence, and skills and progress into a successful Lettings Negotiator.
Qualifications
- Ambitious, motivated, and eager to learn, with a genuine desire to build a successful career in residential property.
- Confident on the telephone and personable, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and applicants.
- Professional, organised, and well-presented, with strong attention to detail.
- Commercially minded with a genuine interest in property and the residential lettings market.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment and motivated to contribute towards individual and team targets.
- Strong customer service skills, with a commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service.
- Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
- Ability to work on-site in Central London and accommodate property viewings and appointments as required.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, energy, and ambition to develop into a successful Lettings Negotiator.
- Willingness to learn all aspects of the lettings process, including applicant registration, viewings, offers, negotiations, tenancy agreements, and referencing.
