About Lumen Partners
Lumen Partners is a sales and marketing company based in Liverpool. We represent some of the UK's best-known brands through events, retail and face-to-face campaigns for both consumers and businesses.
Demand from our clients is growing, and we're expanding to meet it. That means we need more people who can lead teams and manage campaigns. Rather than hiring finished managers, we develop them ourselves. We're looking for the right people to train from the ground up into management positions. Progression here is based on performance and development, not time served.
The Role
This is an entry-level management trainee position. You'll learn the business from the ground up, with the long-term goal of taking on managerial responsibility.
You'll start in a customer-facing role on campaigns for our client brands. It's where you learn how the business works and how results are produced. From there, the focus shifts to developing the skills needed to lead people, run campaigns and manage performance. No previous management experience is needed. The training is provided.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
