About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Manager to join our growing team. This entry-level management opportunity is designed for individuals who are ambitious, driven, and eager to build a long-term career in business, leadership, and operations.
As a Trainee Manager, you will gain practical experience across customer acquisition, team development, campaign management, and business operations while receiving ongoing training and mentorship from experienced leaders within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to campaign performance and support KPI improvements
- Participate in a structured training programme focused on leadership, communication, and business development
- Support the planning and coordination of daily operations and campaign activities
- Host and contribute to team training sessions focused on performance improvement
- Represent leading UK brands through professional face-to-face customer interactions
- Attend networking events, workshops, and industry conferences
- Develop skills in coaching, mentoring, and team leadership
- Assist in driving business growth and customer acquisition objectives
