Trainee Manager

Ready to take your first step into management while building experience across marketing, sales and business development?

We are looking for a Trainee Manager to join our growing team, working alongside established UK brands across a range of marketing campaigns.

This is an entry-level management opportunity designed for someone who has the right attitude, professionalism and leadership potential to develop within a growing business.

The Opportunity

As a Trainee Manager, you will gain hands-on experience across client campaigns while developing the skills needed to lead and support a team.

You will be involved in:

  • Supporting the delivery of our marketing campaigns
  • Representing established client brands professionally
  • Developing customer acquisition and sales skills
  • Supporting and motivating team members
  • Helping new starters develop through coaching and guidance
  • Communicating campaign goals and expectations
  • Supporting team performance and development
  • Building strong customer and professional relationships
