Management Trainee – Leadership Pathway

About Us

We're a sales and marketing organisation built on genuine connection, between our people, and with the clients we serve. We believe great results come from great teams, and we've built a culture where collaboration, recognition, and personal growth aren't afterthoughts, they're the foundation. If you're looking for somewhere your effort is seen, your voice is heard, and your progress is real, you'll feel at home here.

What The Role Involves

We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Management Trainee to join our Glasgow based team, someone who wants more than just a job, and is ready to build a career they're proud of. This is a genuine entry point into sales & marketing and leadership, with a clear, structured path forward. No prior experience or specific qualifications required, while prior leadership experience is a benefit, we invest in your development from day one.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
