Build Your Career in Traditional Marketing, Sales & Management
Are you looking for an opportunity where you can develop practical sales and marketing experience while working towards greater responsibility?
We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Trainee Marketing Managers. Our work specialises in traditional, offline marketing and face-to-face sales, giving you the opportunity to develop real-world commercial experience while learning how successful sales campaigns are delivered and managed.
This role begins at an entry-level, hands-on stage. As you gain experience and demonstrate the required skills, you'll have the opportunity to become involved in additional campaign, team, and management responsibilities.
Starting Your Journey
At the beginning of the role, you'll focus on building a strong foundation in sales and marketing.
This includes:
- Learning about the products, services, and clients you represent.
- Developing knowledge of our sales and marketing campaigns.
- Building confidence communicating with customers and representing clients professionally.
- Learning our approach to customer acquisition and face-to-face sales.
- Developing an understanding of business processes, campaign objectives, and team operations.
- Working alongside experienced team members and receiving ongoing coaching and feedback.
The aim is to give you practical experience and a solid understanding of the business before progressing into additional responsibilities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
