As part of our Merchandising team, you’ll support the planning and trading of our product categories, helping to deliver sales, stock and margin targets through accurate reporting, strong data management and commercial insight. You’ll work closely with the wider Merchandising team and cross-functional partners to ensure our systems, stock and product information are accurate and up to date, while supporting key trading decisions throughout the season.

Who you are

  • You’ll have previous experience in a merchandising, retail or head office environment, with a genuine interest in fashion and commercial performance.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet key deadlines.
  • Confident working with data and numbers, with strong analytical skills and an interest in understanding what is driving sales and stock performance.
  • A confident communicator who can build strong relationships with suppliers and colleagues across the wider business.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with a willingness to develop your knowledge of Reiss merchandising systems including Origin, Board and Vision.
  • Proactive and collaborative, with the ability to take ownership of your workload while supporting the wider Merchandising team.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the range planning and buying process by preparing historical sales, lessons learnt and fast-selling product information for buy meetings.
  • Producing daily and weekly sales and trading reports, providing accurate information to support commercial decisions.
  • Maintaining merchandising systems, line cards and Never Out of Stock lines, ensuring all information is accurate and aligned to the critical path.
  • Managing intake reporting and supplier critical paths, highlighting shortfalls, date changes and potential impacts to launch.
  • Raising and maintaining purchase orders and barcodes, ensuring accuracy across the Range Plan, systems and country splits.
  • Supporting markdown activity and managing picture packs for different channels and regions to ensure future collections are communicated effectively.
  • Working closely with suppliers, the Distribution Centre and cross-functional teams to manage delivery amendments, short shipments and stock information.
  • Building your merchandising expertise while working closely with the Assistant Merchandiser and wider team, sharing timely information and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
