As a Montessori Assistant Guide, you’ll help babies and toddlers feel safe, settled and confident while supporting their development through gentle, thoughtful care.

What you’ll be doing

  • Create a calm, nurturing and engaging environment for babies and toddlers.
  • Support the Lead Guide and work as part of a close, supportive team.
  • Encourage children's independence, confidence and curiosity.
  • Prepare activities and maintain a beautiful, organised learning environment.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children and families.
  • Observe children and respond to their individual needs with patience and care.

No previous Montessori experience? No problem. A Level 2 Early Years qualification is desirable, but we’re more interested in your attitude, warmth, reliability and genuine passion for working with young children.
