Trainee Mortgage and Secured Loan Advisor

Location: Sale (Manchester)
Salary: £25,000 + Commission (OTE £35k+)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

  • Pre-qualification of enquiries with the objective of converting into full mortgage appointments.
  • Maintain strong business levels for qualified advisors.
  • Meeting expected Team / Company KPIs.
  • Understanding and implementation of compliance requirements.

Expectations:

  • Demonstrate a proven track record of hitting targets and KPIs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent attention to detail and pro-active thought process.

As a Trainee you will:

  • Learn to provide tailored mortgage and secured loan advice to clients.
  • Stay up to date with the latest mortgage products and industry regulations.
  • Work closely with experienced advisors.
