Mortgage Advisor | CeMAP Level 1+ | £30,000 Basic + £70,000–£80,000 OTE

Cardiff City Centre | Monday–Friday | 9am–5pm | No Evenings or Weekends

We're recruiting for a fast-growing mortgage brokerage in Cardiff that's looking for ambitious, commercially-minded people to join its Mortgage Advice team.

You'll receive a £30,000 basic salary plus realistic first-year earnings of £70,000–£80,000, with uncapped commission and a consistent flow of qualified customer leads.

No cold calling. No weekends. Just genuine customers who have already expressed an interest in a mortgage product.

The Role

You'll speak with customers who have already expressed an interest in obtaining a mortgage, build strong relationships and guide them through the mortgage journey.

You'll learn from experienced advisers while developing your own customer portfolio, with full support to help you become a successful Mortgage Advisor.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • CeMAP Level 1 qualified
  • On track to complete CeMAP Levels 2 & 3 before starting
  • Confident and comfortable speaking with customers
  • Target-driven and commercially motivated
  • Ambitious and motivated by earning potential
  • Experienced in a sales, estate agency, financial services, contact centre or other customer-facing environment
