The Role
- Build relationships with buyers, homeowners and prospective clients
- Work closely with our Estate Agency team to maximise opportunities
- Support customers through their mortgage and protection journey
- Generate new business and maximise referrals
- Develop your knowledge and advisory skills through structured training
- Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving performance targets

What We're Looking For
- Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive, ambitious and customer-focused approach
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
