What You'll Earn

During Your 18-Month Academy

  • £25,774 basic salary + £4,000-£8,000 commission = Year 1 OTE: £29,000-£34,000

Once Qualified (Year 1)

  • £30,000 basic salary + Performance bonus = OTE £45,000+

As a Fully Competent Mortgage Adviser

  • £35,000 basic salary + commission = Realistic OTE £75,000+ (top performers earn significantly more).

Working Hours During Training

  • Two days: 9:00am-6:00pm
  • Two days: 11:00am-8:00pm
  • Friday: 9:00am-5:00pm + one weekend per month on rota
  • Once Qualified: The same weekday shift pattern continues
