Mortgage Adviser – Non‑CAS / Newly Qualified (Self‑Employed)

About the Company

Dragon Network supports Non‑CAS and newly qualified advisers with the training, mentoring, and systems needed to build a successful mortgage career from day one. With 100+ advisers and experience across 120,000+ products, we offer a supportive, modern AR network focused on long‑term adviser growth.

Role Overview

We are recruiting self‑employed mortgage advisers who are:

  • Newly qualified (CeMAP or equivalent)
  • Non‑CAS or early‑stage advisers
  • Looking to start part‑time or full‑time on a self‑employed basis
  • No prior advising experience required.

Two Entry Routes Available

Route 1 – Self‑Employed Adviser under an Established Brand

  • Operate as a self‑employed adviser
  • Advise under one of our 5-star brokerages (35k+ active client database)
  • Focus on learning, advising, and building experience
  • Supported pathway to launching your own brand in the future
  • Get started in as little as 2 weeks

  • Trade under your own business name
  • Join as an Authorised Representative of Dragon Network
  • Full support with setup, compliance, systems, and marketing
  • Long‑term support to scale and grow your brokerage
