Mortgage Adviser – Non‑CAS / Newly Qualified (Self‑Employed)
About the Company
Dragon Network supports Non‑CAS and newly qualified advisers with the training, mentoring, and systems needed to build a successful mortgage career from day one. With 100+ advisers and experience across 120,000+ products, we offer a supportive, modern AR network focused on long‑term adviser growth.
Role Overview
We are recruiting self‑employed mortgage advisers who are:
- Newly qualified (CeMAP or equivalent)
- Non‑CAS or early‑stage advisers
- Looking to start part‑time or full‑time on a self‑employed basis
- No prior advising experience required.
Two Entry Routes Available
Route 1 – Self‑Employed Adviser under an Established Brand
- Operate as a self‑employed adviser
- Advise under one of our 5-star brokerages (35k+ active client database)
- Focus on learning, advising, and building experience
- Supported pathway to launching your own brand in the future
- Get started in as little as 2 weeks

- Trade under your own business name
- Join as an Authorised Representative of Dragon Network
- Full support with setup, compliance, systems, and marketing
- Long‑term support to scale and grow your brokerage
