Foresite Recruitment is proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's leading housebuilders.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in customer service, retail, estate agency, hospitality, automotive sales, recruitment, or any customer-facing sales environment who is looking to build a rewarding and lucrative career in the new homes industry.

No previous new homes experience is required – The housebuilder provides excellent training and ongoing support, giving you all the tools you need to succeed.

About the Role

As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you'll be responsible for guiding customers through one of the biggest purchases of their lives. From welcoming visitors into the sales office to handing over the keys to their new home, you'll deliver an exceptional customer journey every step of the way.

You'll work closely with buyers, mortgage advisers, solicitors, and internal departments to ensure a smooth and professional sales experience while achieving sales targets and contributing to the success of your development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and qualify prospective purchasers visiting the development.
  • Conduct show home and development tours, showcasing the features and benefits of Bellway homes.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and understand their buying requirements.
  • Guide purchasers through the entire sales journey, from initial enquiry through to legal completion.
  • Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.
  • Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers, and internal departments to progress sales efficiently.
  • Promote optional upgrades and extras to enhance the customer's home-buying experience.
  • Ensure the sales office and show homes are presented to high standards.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while achieving sales and performance targets.

Salary: Up to £28,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Mileage Allowance + Benefits
