Role Description
The Trainee Office Administrator will support the smooth running of the office by handling day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and maintaining records. The role involves:

- Answering phone calls and emails
- Directing inquiries to the appropriate team members
- Providing basic customer service to clients and suppliers
- Assisting with scheduling appointments

Training will be provided on office systems, processes, and use of office equipment to ensure accurate and efficient administrative support. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Southampton.
Qualifications
- Strong Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills, with the ability to manage documents, records, and daily office tasks.
- Familiarity with Office Equipment and basic IT tools (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets), or willingness to learn.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
- Customer Service skills, with a professional, courteous approach to handling inquiries and supporting client needs.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy office environment.
- Willingness to learn, follow procedures, and develop knowledge of the compressed air services industry.
- Basic numeracy and literacy; previous office experience or relevant coursework is an advantage but not essential.
- Ability to work on-site in Southampton and collaborate effectively within a small, supportive team.
