Trainee Operations Coordinator – Remote UK | Training Provided

Salary: £27,000 – £32,000 per year

Location: Remote, UK

About the Role

Apply4U is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Trainee Operations Coordinator to join a growing team on a fully remote basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in business operations, coordination, and administration. You do not need extensive previous operations experience, as training and ongoing support will be provided.

As a Trainee Operations Coordinator, you will help coordinate day-to-day business activities, maintain accurate information, monitor tasks, and support different teams to ensure operations run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination of daily business operations.
  • Assist with planning and organising operational activities.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and business information.
  • Update internal systems and databases.
  • Monitor tasks, deadlines, and outstanding actions.
  • Coordinate information between different teams.
  • Assist with preparing operational reports and documentation.
  • Respond to routine queries and provide administrative support.
  • Identify and escalate issues that require additional support.
  • Help ensure processes are followed consistently.
  • Support improvements to administrative and operational procedures.
