Develop the commercial knowledge, leadership skills and operational experience to build towards a career in management.
Myriad is looking for an ambitious Trainee Operations Manager who wants to understand how a growing business operates from the ground up.
This is a hands-on development role where you'll build experience across the commercial side of the business before taking on greater responsibility for people, performance and operations.

Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service or another people-focused environment can be beneficial, but isn't essential.
Development & Opportunities
You'll receive hands-on training, regular one-to-one mentoring and weekly business and leadership development throughout your progression.
You'll also have opportunities to attend networking events and industry conferences, take part in business development trips and company events, and build relationships with experienced professionals across the industry.
As your performance and experience grow, you'll have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility across team management, campaign development and business operations.
