About the Role
At Myriad, we're looking for ambitious individuals who want to understand how a successful sales and marketing business operates from the ground up.
Our Trainee Operations Manager Programme is designed to give you hands-on experience across sales, customer acquisition, team development and business operations before progressing into greater management responsibility.
You don't need previous management experience. We're looking for people with the ambition, work ethic and potential to become future leaders.

What You'll Be Doing
Great operations managers understand every part of the business they lead. That's why your development starts with learning the foundations.
Initially, you'll gain practical experience in:
- Sales, marketing and customer acquisition
- Representing nationally recognised brands
- Customer relationship management
- Communication, negotiation and consumer psychology
- Understanding client objectives and campaign performance
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Business development and commercial awareness

As you build your experience, your training will expand into the operational and management side of the business, including:

This role is designed for progression.
As your skills and commercial understanding develop, you'll begin taking on greater responsibility, supporting new team members, helping manage campaign performance and developing your understanding of how teams and client accounts are operated.
You'll receive ongoing one-to-one coaching and mentoring from experienced leaders throughout your development.
