What You'll Be Doing
Our Trainee Operations Manager programme is built around progression. You'll work with some of the UK's most recognized brands, helping deliver high-impact sales and marketing campaigns that drive customer growth, while developing the commercial, leadership and communication skills needed to build a successful career.
Stage 1 – Learn the Foundations
Every successful leader starts by understanding the business. You'll learn:
- Sales and customer acquisition
- Brand representation through live marketing campaigns
- Consumer psychology and communication
- Different sales techniques and strategies
- How to help clients grow and scale their customer base
- Working with nationally recognized brands across multiple industries

Stage 2 – Management & Operations Training
Once you've mastered the fundamentals, you'll move into our Management Development Programme. Here you'll begin learning:
- Recruitment and talent acquisition
- Training and developing new team members
- Leadership and coaching

- Organisational strategy
- Managing people and processes
- Business growth and operational excellence
You'll be mentored by experienced leaders while taking on increasing responsibility within the business.
Stage 3 – Junior Operations Management
As you continue progressing, you'll begin leading your own teams while expanding your commercial knowledge across every area of the business. You'll gain experience in:
- HR & Recruitment
- Finance
- Marketing Strategy
- Client Relationship Management
- Brand Management
- Team Leadership
- Business Operations
- Performance Analysis
Eventually, you'll oversee client contracts, manage high-performing teams and support campaigns across different markets throughout the UK.
