Trainee Dental Nurse/Qualified Dental Nurse/Experienced Dental Receptionist
Location: O’Farrell Staunton Dental Centre, Newry, BT34 1EY
Hours: Minimum 32 hours per week (typical surgery hours Monday-Saturday, 8:00am-7:00pm)
Future Opportunity: Potentially more hours if requested

O’Farrell Staunton Dental Centre is looking for a Trainee Dental Nurse, Receptionist or Qualified Nurse to join our friendly and professional team.
Hours and working days will be discussed at the interview, depending on practice needs and your availability. A typical surgery week runs Monday to Saturday between 8:00am and 7:00pm.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting their career in dentistry or an experienced trainee dental nurse working towards qualification who is looking for a supportive practice where they can gain experience and grow professionally, or a dental receptionist with experience who wishes to grow and gain extra experience at our O'Farrell Clinic. We are also keen to find a qualified Dental Nurse who wishes to join our family and support our Dentists and Therapists.

Role Responsibilities
- Provide chairside support to dentists during a range of dental procedures
- Prepare and maintain dental surgeries and equipment
- Maintain high standards of infection control and decontamination
- Ensure accurate and compliant patient records are maintained
- Support stock management and general practice organisation
- Help maintain a calm, efficient, and patient-focused clinical environment

About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Is currently training as a Dental Nurse or looking to begin their career in dental nursing, a fully Qualified Dental Nurse or a Receptionist who has worked in a dental clinic previously
- Is reliable, professional, and patient-focused
- Has excellent communication skills and enjoys working as part of a team
- Is organised, adaptable, and motivated to learn
