Trainee Outbound Sales Representative
£32,000 Basic + £8,000-£12,000 OTE

Flourish are recruiting for a Trainee Outbound Sales Representative on behalf of a growing organisation that is committed to developing future sales professionals.

Responsibilities
- Proactively contacting prospective customers
- Identifying potential sales opportunities
- Arranging meetings for senior sales staff
- Building rapport with new contacts
- Following up on lead generation campaigns
- Re-engaging previous customers
- Maintaining accurate records on the CRM
- Supporting team sales objectives
