Join our dedicated team in Winnersh, where you will play a vital role in supporting pharmacy operations behind the scenes. As a Trainee Pharmacy Dispenser, you will work closely with an experienced team to develop your skills and knowledge while contributing to safe and efficient patient care.
The Role
As a Trainee Pharmacy Dispenser, you will be supported and trained to carry out duties such as:
- Learning how to dispense medication accurately while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards
- Supporting the Pharmacy Operations Team with stock control, inventory management, and dispensing processes
- Assisting in the delivery of exceptional service to patients and healthcare professionals
- Developing the skills to maintain accurate records and contribute to the smooth running of the pharmacy

What we are looking for:
- A genuine interest in pharmacy and a desire to become a qualified dispenser
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Enthusiasm, motivation, and a proactive approach to developing your skills
- Ability to work at pace under pressure
- Flexibility to allow you to grow with a growing organisation
What we offer:
- Salary £25,500 per annum
- Paid Training so you will be a fully trained Pharmacy dispenser in around 9 months
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing to 30 days after 1 year

Hours:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, full-time
- Shift pattern: 7am to 4pm or 10am to 7pm on a rota basis
- On-site position
Our offices are conveniently located in Winnersh Triangle, with easy transport links and parking available on site.
