The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Photocopier Engineer to join our growing service team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen interest in technology who enjoys problem-solving and delivering excellent customer service. No previous industry experience is required, as full training will be provided both internally and through our manufacturing partners.

Working alongside experienced engineers, you will develop the skills and knowledge required to install, maintain and repair a wide range of office technology equipment across our customer base throughout the North of Scotland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn to service, maintain and repair equipment supplied by Culture Business Technology.
  • Work closely with experienced engineers to gain hands-on technical experience.
  • Assist with the preparation, delivery and installation of new equipment.
  • Attend manufacturer-accredited training courses.
  • Provide high-quality on-site customer support.
  • Develop fault-finding and diagnostic skills across a range of hardware and software solutions.
  • Ensure service work is completed safely, efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
  • Strong interest in technology and engineering.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Experience

  • No previous experience is necessary. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
