Responsibilities

About the Role
As a Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting the origination and execution of M&A transactions across conventional and renewable power generation, waste, energy infrastructure, and transportation infrastructure sectors. You will develop your expertise through hands-on involvement in industry and company research, quantitative and financial analysis, valuation, and financial modelling. You will also assist in preparing client presentations and investor materials, working alongside experienced bankers in a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Profile Required
What We Are Looking For
- A university degree or equivalent, preferably in Finance or a related discipline
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Genuine interest in the Power, Utilities & Infrastructure sectors
- Prior internship or work experience in investment banking or M&A is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Additional European language skills are a strong plus
- Strong communication skills, motivation, and enthusiasm
- Ability to multitask, take initiative, and be a proactive team player
