About The Role

About The Role
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Trainee Process Operative on behalf of our client based in Tewkesbury. Your Development Journey
Trainee Process Operative (6-7 Months)
- Begin your training within the external tanker bay, ensuring the safe and hygienic intake of raw milk.
- Complete hands-on practical training alongside a Level 2 Food Safety & HACCP qualification.
- Receive ongoing support from experienced production staff and the Learning & Development team.
Process Operative Development
Upon Successful Completion Of Your Training Programme, You Will Progress Into a Process Operative Role, With Future Opportunities To Develop Into a Process Technician Position. Further Training Includes:
- Working with internal tanks and pasteurisation processes.
- Achieving a Level 3 Food Safety & HACCP qualification.
- Continued career progression within a successful and growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely intake, control, and process products in a hygienic manufacturing environment.
- Prepare and operate machinery, including CIP equipment, in line with company standards and food safety regulations.
- Monitor hygiene, safety, and quality standards throughout production.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Support troubleshooting activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records and follow all relevant procedures.
