Trainee Production Engineer

Unit 6 Four Crosses Business Park
Four Crosses, Llanymynech
Powys, SY22 6ST
Main Purpose
To listen, observe, and gather experience and to complete practical work.
Standard Duties
- To further your knowledge and understand all the different job roles within the company.
- To gather experience in different disciplines.
- To show willingness, enthusiasm, initiative, and honesty.
- To input ideas within the work groups.
- To follow Health and Safety by wearing correct PPE and following H&S procedures.
- To follow work instructions and procedures.
- To represent NiBS in a professional manner and contribute to the growth of the company.
- To keep all company information private and confidential.
- To undertake any other duties reasonably requested by NiBS Management.

Main Duties
- To report in every day to a manager or working colleague.
- To follow instructions from your manager or senior staff.
- To further your knowledge and understand all the different job roles within the company.
- To learn as much as you can about the company and how you can progress your career.
- To carry out testing on batteries.
- To assist in battery teardowns.
- To assist with Goods In and Goods Out.
- To work alongside senior staff in Production, Testing, and Warehouse areas.
