We are looking for a Trainee Production Operative to join our production team in Witham. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and reliable individual who enjoys hands-on work and wants to build a career within a fast-paced production environment.

No previous large format printing experience is required. Full training will be provided, including operation of our Vutek hybrid printers, print production processes, quality standards, and equipment maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn to operate large format Vutek hybrid printing equipment
- Process files through to print production
- Load and handle a variety of print substrates
- Monitor print quality and ensure work meets required standards
- Assist with routine maintenance of printing equipment
- Follow production schedules and work instructions accurately
- Comply with health, safety, quality, and operational procedures
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work area
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth production operations
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to help improve processes and deliver exceptional customer outcomes
About You
The two most important requirements are:
- You can reliably commute to our Witham production facility
- You are willing to work a day shift initially, with the flexibility to move to a rotating double-day shift pattern in the future

Previous print industry experience is not essential. Comprehensive training and support will be provided.
